Matthias Billan alias Kodex, born 08.08.1988 in Vienna (Austria), was fueled by dance music at a young age. First he got hooked on the typical Euro Dance / Hard Trance sound from the late 90’s. Between the age of thirteen and fifteen Matthias musical influence really began to take shape.

At the age of 16 he converted from trance to hardcore, gave up football and started learning how to mix. After a while he stopped dj’ing and started to produce his own tracks. 1 Year later Matthias started again with dj’ing. In this time he performed on Parties in a few european countries with well known Dj’s like Luna, Isaac, Noisecontrollers and many more. At the begining of 2007 he stopped dj’ing again to concentrated him self full on school. After that he swichted permanent to produce Hardstyle. The endless trial and error session brough him fast to a higher level. In June 2009 he joined Straight On Recordings and released his first record with the austrian Hip Hop talent Lil’D called “Live Fast” and “Pussy like bitchez”.

With a new force upon the Austrian Hardstyle scene and worldwide, Matthias hopes to infect the masses with his sound of Hardstyle.

Nowadays there are much more Tracks who are ready to rock the dancefloor.
